Is this for you?

  • Work with clients who find it hard to talk, focus or open up
  • Want simple creative activities to bring into your sessions, with no art background needed
  • Run sessions or groups online and want to keep people engaged
  • Want creative ways to support your own wellbeing and avoid burnout
  • Lead a team or organisation looking for practical upskilling
  • Are an art therapist looking for a sounding board on online practice

Hi, I’m Lou Lou

Learning from real practice

I’m a Masters-trained art therapist (AThR) and Professional Member of ANZACATA, with five years in practice across community and clinical settings, most of it delivered online, including individual and group NDIS sessions.

I’m currently working toward my ANZACATA Supervision qualification. In the meantime, I share what’s actually worked (and not worked) in my own practice, so you can put it to use straight away.

What this looks like

Three ways to work together

Book a single session, set up an ongoing arrangement, or bring me in to work with your team.

  • 1:1 consultation

Bring a client, a group or a format challenge, or a “how could I use creativity here?” question. We work through your situation together.

  • Professional development sessions

Practical training in creative approaches for engagement, regulation and group work, including how to adapt them for online sessions.

  • Team workshops

Tailored upskilling for teams and organisations, from creative tools for working with clients to looking after your own wellbeing at work.

Good to know: these are consultation and professional development sessions, rather than clinical supervision. The PD FAQs cover supervision and CPD in more detail.
