Do you accept NDIS funding?

Yes, for plan-managed and self-managed plans. Not sure how your plan is managed? Just ask, and we can work it out together.

What ages do you work with?

Children, teens and young adults, roughly aged 7 to 25. Sessions are shaped around each person, not a fixed curriculum.

Are sessions online only?

Yes. Every session is online, so your family can be anywhere in Australia.

Do you offer individual and group sessions?

Both. Group sessions are $85 AUD per child for each 90-minute session, including notes, whether you pay privately or through a plan-managed or self-managed NDIS plan.

Does my child need to be “good at art” or verbal to take part?

Not at all. Art therapy doesn’t need artistic skill or verbal explanation. That’s often exactly why it works when other approaches haven’t.

What happens in a first session?

The first session is 45 minutes online, plus 15 minutes of session notes. It’s a gentle introduction, focused on building comfort and trust, and getting a feel for how your child engages with the creative process.

How often are sessions?

Most families start weekly to build trust and routine. Then we adjust the pace together, based on what’s working.

Can we have a call before committing to a full session?

Yes. A free 30-minute intro call is available online. There’s no pressure, it’s simply a chance to see if it feels like the right fit.

The call is optional, so you’re also welcome to book a first session straight away.

How much do sessions cost?
  • NDIS funded sessions are $156.16 per hour, which covers a 45-minute session plus 15 minutes of session notes.
  • Private sessions are AUD $180, which covers a 50-minute session plus 15 minutes of session notes.
  • The intro call is free.

How does invoicing work?

The initial consult is paid upfront. After that, I issue an invoice after each session. Every invoice is itemised for NDIS claiming and sent straight to you or your plan manager.

I live outside Australia. Can I still work with you?

Yes! NDIS funding and art therapy are for people living in Australia. Wherever else you live, you’re very welcome to book creative wellbeing sessions. They’re gentle, therapeutic creative sessions, shaped by my art therapy training, and fully online.
